Smart App

The Smart App we use and Support is the "Smart Life App". It is the same app as the Tuya App. They also make custom versions of this app. We have chosen not to make a branded version of this app, so that we can more easily be used with other products. The branded versions of the app, that other manufacturers use, will normally still work with or products and those of others. It can be difficult to tell that it is the same app, though. This is why we do not use a branded version of it. We want our Smart Products to be useful to as many people as possible, So if you know you have a product that uses a branded version of the Smart Life/Tuya app, then you should be able to use our smart products.

If you try it, and it doesn't work, then please let us know, and we will start a list of non-compatible branded versions of the Smart Life/Tuya app.
