Find settings (Username, Server address). The correct account information can be found in CONTROL PANEL underServices > ActiveSync or in My Services > ActiveSync.
Open Outlook and tap Get Started.
Enter your full email address and click Sign In With Exchange. SEE SMS.
Note: If you see Office 365 logo and Microsoft account, select Not Office 365 option at the top.
Then select Change Account Provider > Exchange.
Enter password for automatic configuration and tap Sign In.
Enter all the settings manually if automatic configuration fails. To specify server settings manually, click Use Advanced Settings.
Server name: your Exchange Proxy server name. You can find the server name in CONTROL PANEL underServices > Mailboxes > Mobile > ActiveSync pageor in My Services > ActiveSync. There are two sets of settings that can be used for Domain and Username fields:
Domain: leave it blank
Username: specify the full email address (SEE SMS)
or ActiveSync domain and username that can be found in CONTROL PANEL underServices > Mailboxes > Mobile > ActiveSync pageor in My Services > ActiveSync.
Note: OWA-only mailbox cannot be connected to Outlook app via IMAP protocol.
POP/IMAP
Open Outlook, enter your full email address and click Continue.
Select IMAP as your account type. Important: We strongly recommend to use the IMAP protocol instead of POP protocol as POP protocol is considered to be outdated and can cause the performance issues for your mailbox.
Enter credentials and tap Check to use automatic configuration.
Enter all the settings manually and tap Check if automatic configuration fails. To specify server settings manually, click Show advanced settings.
IMAP Incoming Mail Server: you can find the incoming mail server in CONTROL PANEL underServices > Mailboxes > POP/IMAP Email > View Instructions
IMAP Username: your full email address (SEE SMS)
IMAP Password: your mailbox password (SEE SMS)
SMTP Outgoing Mail Server: you can find the incoming mail server in CONTROL PANEL underServices > Mailboxes > POP/IMAP Email > View Instructions
