No. All users in an account have to be on the same plan.

This is to do with licensing. Microsoft and other software used require licence. They monitor and bill us, and it is a condition that all licences in an account are the same. Therefore, a plan is assigned to an account, and you can then have as many users on that account as you want, but they all use the same plan.

You can have as many accounts as you like, but each account will require its own unique domain name. If you have the need for different domain names and different plans, then you should create new accounts for each domain name. If the domains need the same resources, then you can put multiple domains under one account.

Yes, we understand that there is a confusion with it. The difference comes from billing plans, the service account and individual user accounts. You order a plan on this site (members.cc-computers.com), that user is then assigned to a master account. That master account can now have multiple users assigned to it; each user has a plan purchased on members. Most of our customers currently have between 1 and 5 users. Each one will have a plan purchased on members.cc-computers.com. They are then assigned to a master account and can all be controlled through there.

Yes, However, they cost more if you do it that way. It is better to add them from Members as a billing element first, then add the account. If you do it the other way around, the system picks it up and then bills the full RRP price, not our discounted rate. You can see the rates in the master account if you add them that way.
