Most of our software, you purchase a licence. That is a one-time purchase. It covers you for all updates to that version of the software. For example, if you purchase version 3.0 of the software, you will receive all the updates to it, from 3.0.0 to 3.0.x.
Do you install the software for me?
The installation process is straightforward. It does not have extreme and complex operations. There are instructions in the setup file and in your account. If you want us to do the installation process, this is done at an additional cost.
I Can it install on different domains?
Our server-based software is licensed per domain, you need to buy the product again for each domain. The ordered script is licensed to the domain specified in the order. After the script installation is complete, no domain changes are made.
I Can upload to my own server?
Of course, most of our software is intended to be used on your server. However, your hosting service must meet the "server requirements" specified on the product introduction page. Any software that is "hosted" software or "Cloud" Software cannot usually be uploaded to your own server, unless otherwise stated.
Do you provide technical support?
We provide technical support for any problems, errors or disruptions that may be associated with the standard operation of our products. Apart from that, you need to get a paid support plan for all issues. These are offered to you during purchase, but can be added after. They range form monthly to yearly support plans.
How long will it take to be delivered?
Orders made by credit card are automatically confirmed, and your purchase is available immediately in our account. Orders paid by bank transfer are approved within the same day.
How do I receive my software?
Once your order is confirmed, your download link is automatically available in your customer account.
Do you accept payment by Credit Card?
Of course. You can pay all your payments by credit card.
Can I pay as a bank transfer?
UK Customers only currently, however we do have facilities for some overseas currencies. Please get in touch if you are outside the UK and would like this option.
Do you make bespoke software?
Yes, we make bespoke WordPress add-ons and Shopify apps. Please contact us with your requirements for a quote.
Can I get a refund?
For software that comes with a trial, you can get a refund before the licence is activated. Bespoke software is non-refundable. Server software that has a demo site is non-refundable. Please use the demo site or trial to assess the software for your needs.
Can I run the software in a subfolder or subdomain?
Our server software can be run on any domain you own or any subdomain of any domain that you own. Only one copy can be run, if you require a copy on the root of a domain and a subdomain then you purchase 2 copies. The licence is tied to the exact domain or subdomain you first run it from.
