### Double-Entry
When you record a transfer between your accounts — paying your credit card from
your bank, moving money to savings, whatever — TallyPilot writes both sides
automatically. You type it once, and the two legs can never drift apart. That's
double-entry, done for you.

A transfer is corrected as a pair, never one side at a time — edit it and both
legs change together. To take one back, void it: "Void" on the Transfers screen
removes both sides and leaves the record of what happened.

### CSV Import
Imports from most UK bank exports with zero setup. Columns are matched by name,
dates accepted in four formats, negatives written in brackets. Preview before you
commit, roll back after.

### Data Privacy
Your household accounts are stored locally on your device. No transaction, cost,
or personal data is transmitted to our servers except the licence key and email
used for activation, and the anonymous update/licence-check requests described in
the EULA.

### Trial & Licensing
The software is fully usable without an activated licence for a 30-day trial
period. A licence key is NOT required to be activated immediately and does not
need to be activated in order to use the software during the trial. After the
trial period ends, an activated, valid licence key is required to continue using
the software.
