Is this really everything I need to get started?

Yes, you really can get started with this. Depending on you and your business requirements, you may want a couple of other components too. We provide a billing platform, if you require it, that connects to and can manage your hosting accounts. It can allow people to sign up and use your hosting accounts and automatically create/delete the accounts too. It also provides a ticket support desk and can provide a front-end website if needed. If you have your own or don't need it, then you can get going with just this. Get in touch to discuss your needs.

Can I upgrade/Downgrade my plan or move to my own server?

You can upgrade to a higher plan or to your own Reseller Hosting Server when the time is right for you. You can also downgrade as long as you have not used more cPanel licences in that month than the lower account provides.

Do you offer any other hosting control panels?

cPanel is the most popular hosting control panel, as reseller hosting we only provide cPanel. If you want to move to your own server then we do have a couple of other panels available on request and can provide a clean server to install other panels too.

What support do you provide?

For our Reseller Hosting Accounts, we provide as much or as little as you need. We will always provide cPanel and account related support. When it comes to third party support and application support, we will provide as much as we can with our fair usage policy in mind. If you require more help with your clients or require specialised training, then we may be able to provide this at additional cost.

How is Reseller Hosting Accounts different to a Reseller Hosting Server?

Our Reseller Hosting Accounts are situated on our main hosting platform and servers. We then take responsibility for the server side of the hosting, and you just need to concentrate on selling hosting accounts. You can set up your hosting plans using WHM and set your own resources for each plan within your resource limits.
