How Many Free Accounts can I have?

You can only have 1 free hosting account at a time. You can upgrade a free hosting account to a paid hosting account and then get another free hosting account. You can do this as many times as you like.

Can I use my free hosting account to send marketing mail?

Absolutely NOT. The free accounts (and paid upgrades) cannot at any time be used for sending mass mailings, marketing emails or SPAM. Anyone using the free services to do this will immediately have their account deleted (permanently) and they will be blacklisted from our servers and will not be able to join again.

What are the main conditions for having and keeping a free account

In order to have a free account, you must have a legitimate and legal use for it. you can then keep it forever. This means that you must a domain attached to it, you must have a webpage or website in use and on our servers. You must also not break any of the rules for having the account. This now includes the fact that you must have a verified account (email and phone number). If you do not your account will be deleted and you will be banned until you have resolved the issues.

My website and email was deleted because I didn't follow the rules; can I get it restored?

No. Once deleted they cannot be restored. If you did not comply with the requirements or rules for free accounts and your free hosting account was deleted, then you will have to start again once you are compliant and have been granted access to your free account again. you must also remain compliant at all times or it will be deleted again.
