Purchasing Weebly

When you are purchasing Weebly please make sure that you think carefully about the domain name you want to use. This cannot be changed at a later date so you must make the right decision now.

Most hosting accounts will allow you have several domain names associated with the account, these are known as aliases. The primary domain name, when setting up your Weebly account is the one that will always be shown in the address bar at the top of the browser, even if you type in one of the aliases. For this reason it is important that you ensure you have chosen the name you want to be shown in the address bar when ordering your Weebly product. Once it’s set it cannot be changed. If you have purchased your Weebly account less than seven (7) days ago then we can delete the account and recreate it for you with the correct domain name, at no additional cost, but you will lose any work that has already been created.

If you have purchased your Weebly product more than seven (7) days ago, whether you have started to use it or not, then we can only delete the account and recreate it for you with the correct domain name. Please Note: You will lose all work that has been created and you are likely to be charged again for the month (even if you have just paid for this month).

**In special circumstances it may be possible to retrieve your work but there will be additional costs and it is reported to take up to 14 (fourteen) days. This is their reported time frame, costs on application.
